Whatever happened between Limper and Scandal

I don't know what happened to him, all I know is Scandal and he had a fight, now I just want you guys to fix it, coz Limper was a great guildie. I don't care what happened or who started it, you guys are adult enough to set things right yourselves. If not I feel like our guild is not a close group and it won't be a guild
C'mon, everyone has it's disagreements on some topics, so just make it right.

Scandal, it's a mistake to kick Limper (or let him go, dunno what happened...)
Limper, you did so much for our guild, don't let that count for nothing!

I've been neglecting to post an explanation as to why Limper was removed from the guild, so I suppose now would be an opprotune time to do so.

I will agree, he was an excellent guild mate, however his behavior as of recent was declining rapidly. He seemed to have a negative outlook on everything the guild was doing and was being quite rude and disrespectful to a few of our other guild mates.

I want everyone to know that this was not a spur of the moment decision. I talked it over with several of the people who witnessed this behavior and came to the decision.

If you wish to know more (for the purpose of knowledge, not gossip) you can pm me and I will tell you what I can.

I realize that quite a few of you are upset about his removal from the guild, and I do apologize. However, I hope you know I did what I felt was best for the guild in the long run.

If you would like him to be re-accepted into the guild, I need the following:

1. Majority consent. (I need most of the guild to agree that they want him to come back)
2. Solid reasoning. (Not just "I like him so I think he should come back." Remember, if I wasn't there for something, odds are I was made aware of it soon after it happened.)
3. An apology for the disrespectful things that he is aware of (I don't expect an apology for every little thing that I didn't approve of as I'm certain he was unaware of some of the things he was doing, however there are a few key things I think he should address. (if you speak with him and he would like to know what I'm referring to I would be more than glad to let him know.)

I will not be the one to ask him to come back as that would be hypocritical and disrespectful on my part seeings as I was the one who did the removing. It will be up to the rest of the guild to ask him to come back. I would like there to be an actual unbiased discussion before any such invite is sent. I will let you know when I am convinced that the guild on a majority basis wants him to be re-accepted.

Also, I would like to note, that just because I removed him from the guild does not stop you from keeping in touch with him. There is always the chance that he doesn't want to come back, do not try to force him. It is his decision if he wants to re-join, just as it was his decision to join in the first place.

Again, I hope all of you realize this was not personal, but an action I felt was needed at the time.
