A few ideas.

I was given the chance to look at the Fallens' forums. I got a few ideas from it that I thought I'd run past yall.

The first is that they have an application system. While theirs is pretty intense and hardcore (for the purpose of pvp) I think it might be a good idea to come up with something similar. It would do a few things:

1. Alert people about the forums.

2. We would have a chance to see what they're like before accepting them into the guild.

I'm not saying that everyone would have to put one in, for example, if we partied with someone for a while we can pretty much tell how they're going to be In-game.

The second is that they have a posting to help their pvp team. For example they have a list of the top threats in 1-15 as well as a list of they're strengths and weaknesses, what build they have, if they have any special lapis on their gear ect. Once we get serious in pvp this is a good idea.

As much as I hate the idea of typical recruiting, I think it might be needed in order to get a PVP team started. We're slowly growing, but most of our players aren't really into pvp, which is fine, I'm all for just playing for fun, but if we had a group of people who did ONLY pvp, they could also do GRB on Saturdays. I don't want to start doing this yet, I'd like to get your opinions first. I was thinking about maybe having all potential candidates fill out a pvp application. It's still just a thought for now, let me know what you think.
