Earth Alchemy Powder is used for a Quest to help us get a guild house. It can be obtained through any earth element mobs in map one. If you get some, hold on to it, when ever you see me, just pass it along and I'll use my warehouse to store it until we can get into the guild house =)

It can be other mobs too, not necessart earth element. E.g. Giant Toads drop it too.
